
Danone Nations Cup
Danone Nations Cup is a soccer competition held each year in 40 countries with the support of the Danone group. It features 10-12 years old teams from all over the world.
John Scales is the England coach for the Danone Nations Cup which in 2007 featured young players like Darren Rogerson, Craig Manderson and Jim Atkinson,Also Josh Hoggart & Josh Hill (GK) Both have represented England for 2006 and 2007 team England.
In 2008, a team from India, Mohun Bagan AC has taken part in this competition. Mohun Bagan is the first team from India which is competing in this tournament. They got this opportunity by winning the the qualifying round in Delhi. France won this tournament in 2008.
This edition is organized in partnership with the association ELA. All benefits are donated to this charity supported by Zinedine Zidane.
